Emotional Intelligence

As much it is thus, that the National Institute of Security and Hygiene in the Work, conscious that the emotional development of the people, not only influences in its personal scope, but also in the world of the professional relations, has published two Technical Notes of Prevention (n 569: Prevention and emotional intelligence (i): education of the prevention and emotional memory, and n 570: Prevention and emotional intelligence (II): linguistic capacity of influence and resources). In both, envelope is reflected how to transmit messages, with high preventive effectiveness, to the group, and its putting in practice, it can report the organization, or company, incalculable benefits. In other words, both talk about to like influencing and persuading to the workers of the risk that is derived from its labor activity, to like sending clear and convincing messages, like negotiating and solving conflicts, or on like orienting and leading a group, so that a climate of pleasant work is generated.
